1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern all purchases made through DiveBarAcademy.com, Systeme.io-hosted checkout pages, and any digital products, templates, courses or materials delivered after purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

Dive Bar Academy sells digital systems, spreadsheets, SOPs, dashboards, and online trainings. Because these are non-tangible instant-delivery digital goods, access is considered delivered upon payment.

No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated at checkout.

3. Age Requirement

Purchases may only be made by individuals 18 years or older. By purchasing, the customer confirms their legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Systeme.io and/or their integrated processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc). The customer is responsible for ensuring payment details are valid at time of purchase.

If a payment method fails, access may be paused until payment is completed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital files, instant system access, and downloadable spreadsheets, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

If a technical issue prevents access, support will be provided to restore access or re-deliver materials.

6. License of Use

The customer receives one license per purchase for use within their own business and may not resell, share, or distribute the material publicly. Redistribution, cloning, or copying content for resale is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions require written approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, dashboards, PDFs, branding, videos, copywriting, and materials are protected under intellectual property rights belonging to David Corbitt / Dive Bar Academy. Purchase grants use — not ownership.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Dive Bar Academy provides education, tools, and systems intended to support operational improvement. Results vary depending on the user’s implementation. No earnings or financial outcome is guaranteed.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for business decisions and releases Dive Bar Academy from liability relating to use or misuse of materials.
